Summer in Winter

OK! So, the weather in Japan has been absolutely nuts! Today is February 14, 2009 (Valentine's Day) and officially "still winter". However, in Moriya, the temperature today was a scorching 24 degrees Celsius with the sun blazing up above. It feels so weird to have such beautiful/warm weather in the middle of February! Unfortunately, we had no snow in Moriya this winter and my hopes of getting any just went out the door with today's weather!
